Before Kobe:

The concept of opening accounts was largely done through visiting DBS’s physical branches. Waiting time for such account opening services usually takes an estimated time of 45 mins to complete (non-bank account holders). DBS is looking at increasing the awareness of their online account opening services.

After Kobe:

Influencers’ shared their personal stories and their personal reasons for opening an account, capturing greater audience’s attention. In general, people are more aware of the concept of opening an account online and its convenience.
