Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Influence Strategist to join our team in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. This role blends the strategic elements of business development with the operational rigor of account management, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships while delivering exceptional influencer marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing, excellent listening skills, and the ability to dive beneath the surface of client concerns to uncover core needs. They will be organized, disciplined, and proactive in addressing challenges, not just taking orders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Success Development:
- Develop and grow accounts by identifying new opportunities, proposing innovative strategies, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand and anticipate client needs by asking probing questions, listening actively, and going beyond surface-level concerns.
- Consistently communicate with clients via email, phone, or WhatsApp to address concerns and provide clarity.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Follow and adapt to fit specific client briefs, ensuring content is relevant and tailored to the client's goals.
- Identify and propose suitable influencer profiles and construct content angles that resonate with the target audience.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously with consistency and discipline.
- Monitor campaign progress, track metrics, and ensure that financial objectives are met.
- A strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to read between the lines and delve deeper into client conversations.
- A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving benchmarks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a consistent and disciplined approach to managing projects.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing is ideal; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Operational Efficiency: Innovate and optimize processes to scale operations, effectively manage campaign budgets, and ensure accurate financial handling.
Creative Development: Collaborate with departments to conceptualize and pitch impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Crisis Management: Address and resolve crises promptly and professionally to minimize impact.
Research & Analysis: Conduct social media and talent research to inform strategies, and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of influencer payments.
Team Collaboration: Provide proactive support to the team, contributing to the company's overall success.
Qualifications
- Able to speak local language and English
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related influencer marketing industry
- Strong communication skills, an eye for content and a keen understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills to work effectively with content creators, clients and colleagues to execute successful campaign planning and execution
- Experience in project management with exceptional organizational skills and a mindset towards delivering results on time and on budget
- Ability to analyze data, metrics and insights to inform campaign recommendations and optimization
- Have a creative and innovative mindset focused on driving results and achieving benchmarks
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field preferred, but not required
